New White leaves

New leaves are white, somebody can find what she need and what to do?
She is more than 30cm under 50w growled in a box. Air is maybe too much dry, not optimal. Under 25°c day, more than 20c nigth.
A really fast plant, with lot of branches. I train with lst and 7-8leaves cut.

new growth with cholorosis could be too much p or k , but given your context you may have the light slightly too close, too. If there aren't other symptoms, i'd back the light off a 2-4" and see how it goes. if it fills in quickly it is a small issue, but it's definitely not optimal when this happens. worth an effort to avoid in future.

it can be result of too much fertilizers too! how many ppms do you feed to her? and what are you feeding at all?

Iron deficiency can look like that sometimes and slow growth a lot.
My guess would be a ph issue causing a lockout, because I think there is more than just an iron def issue.

I don't think there is something to worry about.
You ever seen a fresh beetle? they are really pale compared to some time later, when the chitin hardened.
Just wait until they get a bit bigger and if they don't get nice and green, we can talk again haha (:
