Yo, I recommend fabric pots going forward. They evaporate water through the sides as well. I believe it is almost impossible to over water, if you do the 2 knuckle test with your finger, in the soil. Cool but not damp. As well, the aeration properties of the fabric pot, will "air trim" your roots, keeping them from twisting and binding up. I have used fabric pots (Geo Pots- they use the strongest material) from day one, and I over-saturate them on watering days (every 3-4 days). This also serves as a mini flush between feedings.

Ok ive been looking into your Diary, i see leggy seedlings with droopy leaves. That mean 2 things for me... your Light is to wek// to far away.. and you are watering to much. Seedlings in this stage maybe need 20 ml every day. Its easier to water those little ones evry dy with a small amount, insted of drowing them once a week. Those small seedlings have no big roots atm they just have to develop, remedies: Dig the seedlings deeper, get some soil around them water them daily with asmall amount, start watering if soil is dry give them airlow in setting uo afan , the seedlings should moce alittle in the airflow--- taht strengthen them and..... NO FEEDING For seedlings your Light may be ok... Iam using 2x26 watt light for my seedlings for the first 2 weeks, after tht, they go into " big Light" So you can adjust everything, if you do like this Happy growing

One time? Plants will droop and perk back up as the soil dries. They should be fine as long as you don’t water again until they need it. It’s when you consistently overwater when you need to worry. Roots need some oxygen and when you overwater they can suffocate so to speak and rot. I water my plants by completely watering them in, let it dry entirely back(5-7 days usually... one plant goes 10 days) and then water completely again.
