There is not enough information. From the image I would say Blurple light is to close and would be tough to control the heat or light stress.... If one Hermied because of stress then you need to figure out what caused that stress. If you can Identify that then you can remedy the stress causing effect and hopefully not have the same results with further versions of the cut you are having issues with. Now that being said it seems that the cut is prone to issues if stress is the culprit and may not be a strain you want to continue cultivating in your set up. Once harvested just make sure to clean up so as not to pollinate future runs. Now, it might not be how you wanted BUT, back in the day weed had seeds and it smoked and worked as it should. I wouldn't cull the crop because a plant has seeds. Figure it out, keep moving forward. Good luck.

Save your seeds by noting their origins, this may be your chance. All feminized exclusively provide feminized seeds themselves, which is normal after stress. This happens after stress. At the moment if you want to stop multiplication it is condemned the one who has pollen bags. I don’t trust about hermaphrodites it s just a way to multiple.

You should be able to look and find the culprit that has pollen sacs and trace that back if you label cuttings properly - if not then I wouldn’t risk it either.

Dude if you’re 8 weeks in just let em go! If you have seeds formed - the pollen was there weeks ago and likely won’t pollenate anything else

Sadly the cuttings will have the same genetic potential to do exactly the same.

If one has seeds, they will all have seeds unfortunately. Since there are no male plants, one of them has hermied, meaning any seeds produced from that pollen will carry dominant genes for being hermaphrodites themselves. What you do now is a hard choice, but to cut them early will mean low cannabinoid content and with flowers full of immature seeds. If you leave them you will get more potent flowers, but they will be full of large seeds. If it were me, I would probably cut them all down and start again sadly. You will need to clean extremely thoroughly before replanting, any left over pollen could seed your next plants too. I feel your pain!
