Yes its a pest, Yes its a caterpillar, Yes BTk will kill it. Yes there will be more.

Tiny baby caterpillar.
Good thing you caught them early.
Watch out for butterflies and moths around your plant.
You can give it something with BTk in it.
The bacteria form a relationship with the plant and help keep most of the caterpillars from eating your plant.

I use a app from play store it's free and called " picture insect". I've been able to identify everything pretty well. Good luck.
