variegation - nothing to worry about. Some mutation impacting pigmentation of the leaf. It will probably grow out of it and never see it again on newer growth, and if not still not a problem. Sometimes this presents itself much more strongly -- like half the leave being pale and half being normal is also 'variegation'.
This can look like 'leaf miners' but if it doesn't spread, it's not a pest on the leaf digging around. I am 100% certain this is not from a leaf miner, but google them just to familiarize yourself with them.

Squiggly lines in leaf from some pest chewing it up. Can look like it's just a lack of pigmentation but is oddly shaped etc.
