I would do 2 strains with 2 plants each OR 1 strain with 4 plants, doing multiple strains can be a bitch especially with Autos as you can't use HST on them as effectively as photoperiods to control height. I have done a tent of 6 different autos before, and one tent with of a bunch of photos. The photo tent worked out better. Autos are great outdoors IMO, indoors unless your only running 1 plants I think there is to much variables unless their genetics are locked in. But that's not to common. In the end its your choice. Feeding Amendments be them organic or not, take time and a bit more understanding of how they work in the soil to feed the plant. If feeding with liquid nutrients they are going to outperform almost always as its ease of access to the plant is a huge bonus in smaller pots. And liquid nutrients can be organic or synthetic. pretty much all the samething. Biobuzz vs TA are good examples of organic vs synthetic on liquid side of things, both produce nice plants. Best cost point is dry and mixing it yourself. Jacks is a good brand for that. Good Luck!

Depends what you're looking for. If you want to have fun but still be conservative, you could grow three plants from a strain you already know, and one new

do what you want. 2 plants of each won't tell you anything anyway.. so do what is best for you. even 4 clones won't be conclusive evidence of anything, either. if you want to save money and have faster vege periods (save electricity), then use 100% plant-ready and available nutes. All it does is skip a step. Organic nutes may start out slightly diffrently but after microbes break them down it's entering as the same molecules as the so-called synthetic nutes. "Synthetic" is 100% natural too. Nothing unnatural about them despite popular beleifs. Did you know CO2 is inorganic? The primary building block and accounts for the greatest amount of mass in the plant comes from an inorganic source, lol... there is no such thing as an organic garden becauseit is a made up term of no importance.

one thing i changed since growing, is popping all the seeds in a single pack, that way i know im getting atleast the best put of my pack. seeds are just huge variables in general. ive tossed packs cuz a single seed was shit and then came back years later to pop the last seed just cuz and that single seed was so much better quality all around than all of the others. you can always cull them if needed but make sure you find the best in your pack of

if you really want a good comparison, id say do whichever you choose but for the test. take clones and test the same exact plant in synthetic vs organic at the same time. its hard to know whether it was the pheno or the nutrients. each seed is going to give you different results no matter what, its too big of a variable to have for an accurate test. now it may be a good test for your to figure out what you like using tho.

4 plants 4 strains...........variety is the spice of life!! The more strains you try, the more likely you are to find the ones you enjoy the most.

As others have said, from an experimentation standpoint clones are better to eliminate genetic variations from your variables. From a pure growing standpoint, single strain runs tend to run smoother but having a variety post harvest is nice too. I moved to single strain runs in my tent to simplify harvests. Different strains rarely finish at the same time.

My 2c is if you want to see the difference between organic and synthetic growing, use clones from 1 plant. Even 4 seeds from the same plant can have wildly different phenos and you will be judging different plants against eachother. Using clones is like using twins, using seeds is like using siblings.

If your doing an experiment then you would want to have all the same strains. 2 being organic, 2 synthetic. But if you want a variety to smoke then go 2 strains.

Would do 2 Strains or even one, Not 4 because the hight will be different, the hattest window & mature state will varriate, when it‘s an Experiment where you want to compare organic vs mineral nuts, do one strain run because alone the phenotype will be different from seed to seed…
