it might be from touching the topsoil, but plant looks a bit inconsistent in color otherwise.
this is a soilless medium, so a slight adjustment to formula may be needed ging forward. If it continues to darken, dial back a bit. Stick to your 10% runoff and you can rule out buildup in substrate. if you aren't getting at least 10% r unoff, start doing so.

according to your diary they are 3 week old and are from 5 differend strain.....
700ppm feel heavy for me at this stage, for auto i usually only used half amount of the feeding chart especially with advance nutrients....
for me you over feed your plant, the one showing burn is probably more a light feeder one...
