Leave posture looking good doesn’t look like overwatered to me, maybe a bit wrinkly on its surface, but thats quite often a genetical thing. Plant does look good so far but your numbers on the hydro/thermometer dont. With high temperature you want to go also with high humidity. With 86f you should aim more like 80-85% for young seedlings. High transpiration could stress her out on the long run. Look on google for VPD charts for Led, there you will find numbers for temperature and humidity that fit to the different stages of plants life. Symptoms for light stress would be bleaching, tacoing, downward curling, stunted growth and leaves would become sort of crispy. Doesn’t look like it on your pictures.

Looks normal to me, the first few sets of leaves are often a bit weird while the plant is still trying to figure out what life is all about. Wait until there are 3-4 sets of leaves before worrying about anything.

It looks fine. You just dont want excessive light. Ramp the light up slowly over time as it grows. PAR meters are expensive but well worth the cost.
