whats in the soil? was it amended? Could be something growing in it the pant does not like, or just depleted. Also could be the seed.

just let her grow, if you watch my recent diary, you can see i also had a stunted seed. it turned out to be one of my biggest plants

i would say, more soil,(till her neck, under lobe leaves) more water and more air! (no nutes yet!) so soil must be wet but not too wet so she still can breathe.I think she will be fine Good luck, do not give up yet!

Hate to say it but if you are already having problems and its an autoflower, the chances of this truing out great are slim. If you are a beginner grower. i highly recommend not growing autoflowers to start. You will have a much more rewarding experience growing photoperiods and learn a lot more. There might not be enough aeration in the soil and the roots are rotting. looks like you are in straight coco,I would add some sort of pearlite,pumice or lava rock. also kind of hard to see the color of the leaf with the exposure of the light
