I’m not seeing many amber trichomes. So it looks like you still have time. General consensus is that you aim for 20% amber and the rest cloudy. Check in multiple spots and once you see this ratio you should be ok to harvest. I hope this helps.

I’d agree on chop if you’re dealing with high moisture especially. Being a 60/40 Indica leaner I would call that amount of amber beyond ready for me. I prefer some amber on sativa but Indica I worry about going too far too fast. I’m not a fan of the couch-lock effect of super ripe Indica. My personal preference for Indica is about 5% amber so I wouldn’t say your being antsy chopping to not risk moisture issues. Looks perfect for my taste.

If it was me, and the fact she’s outside.. and it’s raining enough for you to be covering, plus humidity- I wouldn’t chance waiting and getting rot/mold. She looks plenty done anyway. Trichs good, pistils receding and dark. Chop chop chop and enjoy

To keep flavor and aroma, how you dry is very important and the plant's genetics. Your harvest timing wont change the flavor that much unless you leave it really late. Your plants are ready, don't keep asking and wait too long.
