Any nutrients deficiency? I'm giving 400ppm of calmag and water. 3 of my plants look like that

My guess is that your pH is too high, so that many nutrients can't be absorbed correctly.. If you had a Ph over 6 for long time, put some pH- and keep the res on 5/5.5 for a while...

Too much of everything but what you actually need, Your using coir ferts for extra iron when your not even using coir, Cal mag is a high sodium fertilizer, also see your feeding silica and a bunch of carbs/enzymes. The equivalent of force feeding a baby a full turkey dinner with all the trimmings but you forgot the breast milk. NPK, CALCIUM, MAG, SULFUR. This form 99% of the nutrients your plant will need over its lifetime. Large percentage of that will be nitrogen. Only thing a plant needs until it's established is nitrogen.

Calmag is secondary nuts, primary it‘s Nitrogen / Phosphores / Kalium Your plants Lack Nitrogen
