Starting week 8 of flower … my first grow ☺️! Do they look about where they should be? Waiting for calyx’s to be plump still, I think??

Yupp they should be ready to harvest in about a week or two by the looks of it. looking forsty. once the hairs are mostly orange check you trichomes to make sure not a lot of them are still clear whci indicates it still needs a little more time
