Yes it looks like you may have given them too much water. Let it dry out a bit have ur eyes on her. And try to lower the temp. It’s better to have it a bit cold then to hot! So let ur medium dry out and just water when it’s dried out if u water in soil.

I think you are on the right track. I think it's both overwatering and heat stress. Possibly too high too humidity which will cause the plants to not drink as much and keep the soil waterlogged. they are also kind of light green which indicates to me they may not be getting enough light as well. Try to keep your temps under 85 degrees

It looks like a deficiency. But if the soil is over water and has trouble drying, it is probably because the roots are no longer able to function properly.
