Too much water, too little aeration in the soil. Looks like the pH of the medium is also slightly off. Is there Coco in there? You need to adjust your ph and feed a little bit with every watering on coco. Add perlite/pumice/spelt husk to your growing medium and water carefully by hand for the first days. Dont water small plants that have not rooted through the medium everyday, wait for the soil to dry back a little before watering again.

For me it's an excess, the stem is red. The leaves slightly damaged. Too rich land or the fattening that started too early. It will start again, the next floors will get better and better. But it will have been delayed compared to the others, probably by a week. You can also remove the drip for a week and continue watering by hand. Obviously there is something she doesn't like. She is young, you have to give her some time to recover by changing some parameters 😉👍

awww shes looks a little sad not gonan lie. My guess is that the dripper is drowning her out. try to get her dried out the best you can and once shes 2 weeks old give her a little bit of nitrogen, and some cal mag. but go easy. I like the combo of liquid kelp and my organic cal-mag for most of the grow. I think she can overcome this though. It looks like you could use a little perlite in your medium It looks like pure peat, and lacking nutrients? I've wanted to set up some watering automation for my grows but it makes me nervous. To me I know if I hand water I have the most control. but if you can get it dialed in that's awesome. I think its important to get to learn watering by hand if you are a new gardener, I dont think most beginners are going to have enough experience to set up an irrigation system the most effective way. Good luck
