How to manage a wetness for my plant? For now, I don't have any other questions.

If the issue is too low humidity you should get a humidifier, either an automatic one where you can set the desired humidity or you can get a regular humidifier and a RH controller to turn it and off. If the issue is too high humidity you should control your lung room humidity levels, with a dehumidifier.

Dehumidifiers and humidifiers. The later are more affordable for a good one and if you are in a dry environment going to be need more. i dont think growers indoors should be without either. 63 percert humidity is not bad. but i recommend not trusting that hygrometer too much. those seem to start out fine and then loose their accuracy over time. a good one it maybe 15 dollars
