if it's just older leaves, very isolated, and no 'honeydew' around the damage (essentially glistening insect saliva or excretion of some sort when they eat?), probably just some aged leaves.
if it's a pest, it'll become a big problem in short order. Pyrethrines kill on contact and biodegrade quickly. Still wouldn't use that or anything else on flower. So your options are limited. "organic" pesticide does not mean it is safe. I wouldn't spray a plant in flower, personally, but each to their own weighing the health risks.
