It looks like it is a little too close to the light. I would try to raise your lamp as high as you can without it touching the top and leave a few inches from the top at least for some airflow. You should be able to get the lamp where is is not going to burn the top of your plants without having to hst.

If its to close LST or HST works great, supper cropping like suggested below is a good option. growdiaries.com/journal/super-cropping-the-best-technique-to-get-massive-yields growdiaries.com/journal/mastering-super-cropping-a-high-stress-training-technique-to-maximize-cannabis-yields Grain of salt with the blog articles, they are a bit off n not well structured sometimes.

hello mate, don't worry you're in time to do some LST. During the first flowering weeks you can bend the plant so, with a lot of care and without break the stem, for first you can strectch the apical branch where you feel it soft yet and then bend at the high you desire. Then you must tie it to mantain the wanted high. Good luck and happy journey!!

think about supercroping, read articles, pre plan where bend part will go, give support up and down. first 3-4 weeks of flower plant still gains height, later its not growing up. so you are at max limit or at least close to it. if there is some height left, you can try to leave as it is, if no - supercroping now is best solution i would say.

tie the main stem down and pay attention to day temp and night temp, if you have 10° difference or more they will stetch a lot more. try to have 6-8° difference between day and night
