Not WPM imo, More like a bit of leaf deformity, nothings 100% perfect. I think you can relax and not stress over it,

mhmmmm THey kind of look like droplets of something. Sometimes leaves will kind of look like this as a precursor to trichomes coming out. but usually not at the end of the leaf,usually at the base. Could be a weird mutation. Sometimes my pear trees get fungal rust looks like the leaves look weird like that or how poison ivy has all those bumps. Just making shit up now but could be overwatering and the cells of the plant are overfilled with water. I agree, It looks like they have a little too much nitrogen. I don't think you need to flush your plant though. Just ease up on the N and water only for a week and see how she's doing. Good luck. if any more questions reach out again

No my friend that is normal for a plant to produce it’s inside the leaves. Meldew will be powdery! But you have another problem besides the spots! Nature is not perfect that’s why you have them! But you have given your plant to much nitrogen! And you are on your way to a nutrient lockout that’s when ur plant can’t uptake any more nutes and her leaves will turn dark green!! You need to flush out ur medium and stabilize ur ph and ec! Watch the runoff I are done when u have the right ec and right ph. U can flush it with nutes in the water but not full dose!! After flushing go up in full dose over some days not right away! And ur plant will start grow much faster!! And her normal green color in leaves! I promise it will help you. Good luck my friend
