I think that might be a sulfur deficiency. Your new growth is paling from petiole-out-to-tip - that's an unusual progression that matches up with a S-deficiency -- also the burnt tips.

Diagnosing purely from symptoms is a guess and not a gauranatee. One of the few things that develops chlorosis in this progression is Fe-tox, but the tip burn is what points toward S-deficiency. nute lockout or ph lockout is possible too, but usually you get more than one coinciding symptom from that type of problem, but not always.
