Correct way to document old grows?

Hi, I'm ne in newbie here but have a few grows previously behind me, I'd like to share these past grows, what's the best format?
Adding all in one go, splitting by strain? Upload daily/weekly. I'd like to maybe enter some of the competitions. What's the 'grow diaries' etiquette?

Make as many diaries as you have different strains/grows. Splitting by strain is the best option, this way you can enter competition. For participation on Diary off the month you must have single strain diary's so.. you decide
For older diary's you can upload photos and info one time per week is minimum, so you must have at least one entering into diary within a week
