Little black dots on the back part of the first leaves, septoria fungi?

Hi, new day new question, just spotted two little black dots on one of my plants, i read it could be septoria fungi but i cant find a proper answer on how to treat, what i did is to place this plant far from the other ones i have, any recommendations? thx fellow growers

Septoria is as rare as rocking horse poop. You are over thinking things...........they are just random "blemishes".

Hard to saw with that photo. It also looks like their is something thick on the bottom of the other leaf not in the circle. If you can get macro shots of the leaves and its weird spots I could help out a bit more. Have you tried washing it off with some water or a wet paper towel? septoria fungi would be rare and on a seedling more so IMO.

hmm thats strange. the only think i can think is maybe some of the seed casing?
