Why do the leaves have such brown spots and this color?
Brown spots probably due to too much light, what do you think?

They look a slightly overwatered. And maybe somthing locking out Magnesium because it looks like the medium is rich. Overall shes not looking too bad at all, just keep an eye on her, and maybe do a little cal- mag next watering after a good dryback.
