runoff will never be exactly what you feed. It's not an accurate depiction of what exists in the substrate. You are better off adjusting formula based on how your plant grows, then once you have consistently happy plants whatever 'that' offset is for runoff is totally normal. from there you can react to deviations, but it all is guided by the plant's health to start. not a preconceived notion of what runoff should be.
What you learned here is that if you use the same products, you'll want to employ a bit more N up to this point than you have this grow cycle. Palings can revert, but any necrotic spots will not heal.
The one tip burn might be something else in addition to the n-deficiency. A bunch of stuff can cause that symptom, so more information is needed or you need to let the symptoms progress enough to discern it from false-positives.
