Curling on sides of leaves?

Khando
Khandostarted grow question 2 months ago
The dos si dos first true leaves seem to have some curling downward on the some of the sides of the leaves. Is this a concern? Also, does the color look ok on the leaves? I think it overall looks healthy but can't tell if I may be over/under watering.

She looks perfectly healthy. Look on the new growth it’s perfect. Old leaves and old growth can easily get weird looking. In the flowering stage the big old leaves can get very dark because of too much nitrogen in them. But if the new growth looks like this there is nothing to worry about then you know she’s healthy. You want the new growth to be fresh and a little lighter in the color than the rest of the plant. Good luck my friend! I can’t wait to watch this girl grow up 😎

Most likely a ph issue mate. There is some graining on the leaves. A lot of the time its just a pigment mutation. But because of the twists in leaves as u pointed out..it'll be more giving a stable ph.

High Khando, she does look great and healthy! Only 1 advice, water at least 10 cm away from the plant. When you do this you will prevent overwatering because then the plant does have enough acces to oxygen. Happy Growing Buddy! 💚

That droopiness is overwatering or just plant after watering. Such small plant needs 200 ml for 3-4 days if its soil. Plant colour is a bit strange, maybe light is too intence ? Rest looks ok, even damaged leaves will grow out, i had very rough seedlings because of wind damage or watering issues, they all grow nice when root system becomes bigger.

Hey mate, no worries. The plant is young and her leaves are thin. They deform fast, happens to seedlings all the time. Too much water for the seedling, the leaves take in a lot of it and swell weirdly, and since they thin and weak they deform a bit wavy. But it doesnt matter in any way, like i said it happens all the time. The first 2 weeks the plants needs change every few days, because by percentage she is growing a lot and that also changes the light, water and nutrient she needs just that much. As long as the plant looks rather healthy i wouldnt stress it and yours looking fine.

I wouldn’t worry too much about those first set of leaves. A lot of the times they are a bit weird. As more leaves develop, they’ll probably look just fine. It’s only if those ones starting looking weird that I’d worry. She looks like she’s happy to me. Good luck
