Hi there, so it depends on what kind of smoking experience you want. If you want a mental high, you’re pretty much done. In the picture, I see a lot of white trichomes. If my eyes aren’t deceiving me, there are also 1-2 brown ones. If you want a physical high, then wait for more brown trichomes to form. You need to scope more than just top colas. Ripeness is typically a little further ahead up top. How much amber do you want? Just be patient and allow that to trigger your harvest. Can try different amounts of ripeness if you take some of now and some later... Can shorten the learning curve of learning what you like most.
