I have 3 lights with 240 W 50/60 Hz Output 490/510 mA DC50/98 V. Are these lights enough for beginners?

These aren't grow lights mate. You need a full spectrum led light 100-190$ 100-150w for beginner. This will only do 2 plants. 300s & 480s are 1m2-1.2m2

I have serious doubts your "240w lights" actually pull 240w. Many of your more unscrupulous light sellers use "wattage equivalency" when describing their lights. Those 240w lights probably only pull about 40w from the outlet. LED light don't magically make more light with less power, it just uses power more efficiently so there is less waste(aka heat when talking about lighting). With 3 of these light you MIGHT get results similar to a 100w quantum board(depending on the diodes used) but there are better (and probably cheaper) lights on the market. I also saw several Redits when trying to find this light talking about the driver catching on fire...so be careful.

Unfortunately, those lights are just not suitable for growing rewarding results.........they may be enough for a plant to survive, but certainly will not be enough for growing quality buds and no doubt lead to disappointing results. You would be far better off buying quality grow lghts that will give you an enjoyable harvest in 3-4 months time. Spending 3-4 months trying to grow a plant with unsuitable lighting would be a waste of time, effort and money in my opinion.
