Is it a good time to Harvest?

Buds are Milky and now they are out of the Autopot system just drinking plain water. Should I harvest this one now? Do i need to Flush or just chop down and put it to dry?
Also do I need to remove the leaves before drying it?

Hey, personally i would wait another 1-2 weeks before harvesting.
Just water her with plain water for these last days and then you can chop the whole plant and hang her upside down. I would remove some fan leaves and leave the smaller ones on as protection, you can always dry trim later.

5-7 days left pal. Buds should be more riped. Lower your % of light. And be paitent. You're nearly there.
