High popcornsutton, You are not lucky that you grow with a clear pot because the green stuff are algea that can only grow because you grow with a clear pot. Algea need light and moist. So if you would have used a pot that doesn't let light through you would not have the algea inside your pot. The problem with algea is that they raise the pH Pack the pot with aluminium foil for example and the algea will not be able to survive, they need light. Happy Growing Buddy! 💚

The first problem is using clear pots. Leave want light. Roots want darkness. For the future use pots that don’t allow light to penetrate. I’m going to bet that these problems are all caused by the clear pot.
