Sadly pal, yeah. It's harder to see in those pics. But the 3rd pic it's clear to see.
My advice. Cut that WHOLE stem out.

Photo 3 is the only one I see possible pollin sacs but it's taken at an odd angle, so hard to confirm.

Pic 3 definitely looks like male flowers coming.
Cutting one stem off will not stop it, the entire plants genetic code dictates that this plant will be a hermaphrodite.

From what I see, yes, see if coconuts appear in the lower parts.
