Looks fine... now just react to what the plant says. E.g. the distance between nodes that develops guides your light intensity - if you need to adjust height or power. Leaf symptoms will help adjust your fertilizing formula/methods. Etc... etc...
take notes. continually improve process until it's easy as pie to grow healthy plants seed to harvest in a predictable and consistent manner.

Looks just fine..........but yeah, NEVER leave anything on top of your light, it can get hot up there.
Any reason you didn't fill your pot right up with soil mix?

Would advise the sting on top of the light is a fire hazard..
