Autoflower Permanent Stretch, Growing too close to light and it's overcrowding a flowering tent.

Day 70 and I have a plant that has preflower stretched for almost 4 weeks now. No bud sites or pistils really and is massive. 4 auto seeds, same strain. All crazy different, all very different needs. Pull it, keep it, defoliate hand sized leaves, 12/12? Grows 2close to light

hi Bezzy@, your plant should not be automatic, some phenotypes of some strains of automatic plants show stability problems and are not autos, they are feminized. you will have to change to 12h / 12h for it to start flowering. in order not to harm the other automatic plants wait until they have the best shaped and fattest buds and put on 12/12 the last 2-3 weeks. I already finished the last weeks of several automatic plants at 12h / 12h and I never felt harmed in the harvest for that. good luck mate 👍

Well understand your situation... when will it stop growing? Andre the Giant thought similar growing up I suppose... If you at all can introduce some blue spectrum above what you have it will slow the stretch Take care of it, could be a Monster

I have dealt with this same situation with autos and it is really disappointing to hold up starting the next grow for one straggler that doesn't want to finish up. If you have a space where you could move her and flip her to 12/12 then I would do that. Looks like it could be a massive yielder and would hate to scrap a plant that could be something special. If you have future grows planned and you don't have anywhere to move her then trashing her is always an option. I would try to set her up a little home somewhere though. Good luck!

It looks like it is not going to get any taller. If it is too close to the light, don't pull it. Instead.. gently massage and twist the stock/stem in between your fingers to make it more pliable and then carefully bend it...perhaps tie it down after the bend.
