plant is growing like shit

my plant is growing like shit. ppfd 470 vpd .7-.8 humidity around 65% temp 74-77f. feed is organic topfeed.. sprouted this plant and its been like this the whole time. leaves have been all over the place.....its stressed out for some reason any help

Yikes. So, your soil is too try. And she's being sucking dirt. Make sure you keep the soil moist but also breathable.

Peobs the humidity getting on that plant and never letting the soil dry out. Also it's possible it just a dud of a plant. Every now and then you will grow a deformed plant that just don't grow right. I'd toss it that plant will prob have a good chance of going

Do NOT use hydrogen peroxide on roots growing in soil!! The leaves have been steam cooked, nothing more, nothing less.
