She's drowning

We need more information to diagnose the issue. But based on the pictures I think she is overwatered. Seedlings do not need much water.

need nitrogen. poor substrate constitution. add more drainage amendments in future.. probably why it is droopy. are you allowing a wet-dry cycle? if not put more time between irrigation so the soil is not sopping wet all the time. Always get entire thing wet when you do irrigate, but wait for top 1/2-1" to dry before repeating.
