Check your roots that they don't smell rotten or any slime is on them, if there is you could have root rot. If you have been in a ph 5.8 to 6.3 everything should be fine, if your way out of them figures then they could have Nutrients locked out. Hard to really diagnose the problem without a detailed diary.

Also I'd make sure to change your water and there is stuff you can add to your resivour to keep the roots more white. Not sure the name but there is additives

It seems like lockout from you said the ph being off. Make sure to keep ph correct and have correct nutrients. Keeping humidity and Temps will help it recover. I'd give it about 7 to 19 days to recover completely. You should see green come back into the plant in a few

Only time you get a "all over" discolouration of lighter green with no obvious starting point then its micronutrient problem. In general, all micronutrients decrease in availability as pH increases, Molybdenum is an exception, as it becomes more soluble at higher pH levels. Signs of high pH levels in plants include: Leaf necrosis, which causes leaves to develop brown or black spots or patches and die. iron, manganese, zinc, copper and boron start to become insoluble and unavailable for plant uptake. Double triple check your ph.
