Still have 25 - 30 days left was hoping it would be finished for Christmas. Looks like it's trying to re-veg. What should I do?

Look good. There is about 1 week left before the harvest, taking into account the washing of the soil, it will be ready for the new year. Your pistils are about 80% brown, you can wait until 90% of the pistils are brown, ideally 100%, but if you're in a hurry, 90% will be fine

is it growing new leaves or is stem elongation occuring? It will not be subtle if it re-veged. LEaves will grow super funkytoo -- like 1 or 2-fingers and no seration (smooth edges). Further into revege you'll see an absurd amount of branching, too. if it did revege, i'd just watch the ripening and harvest what you can when it is ready. Might have something that looks like Dr Grinspoon strain. (basic image search can show examples).... the existing flower should still ripen, at least. Buds might look like individaul calyxes spread out over a long stem, but it'll still smoke. Hopefully, you are wrong about the re-vege mishap. Keep eye out for nanners/pollen sacs going forward.

Defoliation has slowed its maturation. Can't see any evidence of "re-vegging", so no need to worry about that or to do anything to "fix" something that's not there. Probably still got 2 weeks to go and you might just be able to harvest around Christmas day. However, you have waited this long, why rush things and pick too early? Let her do her thing and let her finish properly, whether that be 10 days or 25 days.

I'd say you can harvest now if you wish also you can wait a week or so and it will finish up better

Hey there your plants looks great so far I would always start with looking at the hairs when about 70% have turned start looking at tricombs when most of the tricombs are mily white and not clear that's the golden spot

Even if you harvested now it wouldn’t be ready for Christmas with the dry and curing. Just carry on man. That’s really all you can do.
