Overheating for sure, the edges curling up slighlty is a big tell, the plant is unable to cool itself fast enough for demand placed upon it. 600w, 60cm away is insane amount of light for such small plants. Even at 75 I'd say your pushing it. Have sensor read the ambient temp at canopy level raise light until the sensor has ambient 77- 80f ish or there abouts any higher. Won't be perfect but don't prioritize intensity until you get the temps under control. Your entire feeding schedule is based on average growth over x period. Your plant is trying to david goggins marathons on average Joe diet.

The first few weeks from flipping to 12/12 is a transition period and lights should be ran at veg settings, I run no more then 40% power and no closer then 24" height during this time. After the first few weeks you can raise the light 10%-20% each week. Middle of flower you run your light the hardest and then start lowering intensity again toward harvest.

Hey there indent see much going in other than the leaves being a little light green probably need some nitrogen maybe hit with cal mag if you have not yet make sure to use a cal mag with a decent amount of nitrogen ir increase the veg nutrients your giving. The leaves being cursed a little could be heat kr light stress but I would think there would be burnt tips if so... I was thinking more a humidity problem or vpd problem the humidity and Temps being our if balance is probably drying out your leaves. Try and let the exhaust fan run fir 15min the off for 45 min should help the vpd in the tent regulate if that doesn't work I suggest useing a humidifier in your lung room the room the tent is sitting in.
