I presume, since you don't have a diary, that these are multiple plants? The first and last 2 pictures show flowers that are ready, the other ones will need another week maybe 10 days at most. If you are growing autos, you can reduce the lighting by 2 hours and this will stop new pistils forming and speed up maturation. Same goes for photoperiod plants, going to 11/13 will have the same effect.

with a really late growth of pistils you have a personal choice to make. either wait for the new growth to ripen, which means the old growth will be over-ripe, or don't put too much importance on it and harvest when the old growth is good to go. also, don't bother scoping trichomes on leaves. they don't matter. some plants don't amber up.. if it's all cloudy, it's probably fine. plastiic vs glass is another good way to assess trichomes. if they look like glass it's still early.

Hey there 1st Pic and last amd one b4 last all look done or really close from looking just at the hairs. The other photos seems like a week min 2 weeks tops Checking for most of the tricombs to be milky white with a small amount ifnclear and a small amount of amber. Normally when plants are done the plant really has a visible aperance of being different and being done also stems will start to get more bendy and large stalks on the plants will lean a little more than normal
