Over watering is likely the cause. The roots need oxygen to survive. Let the soil dry out completely before you water again.

Stop feeding. Seedlings don't need anything but water. Don't feed until the true leafs show.

No growth on Mimosa #2, Planted her the same day as the othersI can't see any growth in the last few days on Mimosa #2. First 2 pictures are 16/9, Mimosa #2 is in the bottom left corner.
