Over watering is likely the cause. The roots need oxygen to survive. Let the soil dry out completely before you water again.

Stop feeding. Seedlings don't need anything but water. Don't feed until the true leafs show.

One Week and 2nd Germinated Seed didn't break the surface? Hope is lost?2nd plant didn't sprout yet. It's "brother" is already 5cm high and growing. Both did germinate together, but this one didn't break the soil/medium surface as the other. Is this a lost cause (after 1 week)? Do I continue to wait? Is there something I can do about it? What would cause more than half of my plants to start throwing pollen sacs?more than half my plants have thrown pollen sacs at the internode, and I’m 110% sure I have no light leaks, everything’s been perfect including light schedule/intensity, nutrients, watering and environment.
