Planting in a few days, will update then. 12 Nov 2021: Just put seeds in pots. 15 Nov 2021: 1 each of the OS and GC strains have both produced a positive germination. 16 Nov 2021: All seeds introduced into medium for germination have successfully germinated. 18 Nov 2021: Seedlings still growing. 1 Each of both OS and GC seedlings have some minor tip burn. I do believe this was caused by water drops that formed while they were under the cups. You can even see one of the plants in a picture that was posted with a water drop chilling out on the tip of the leaf. Will continue updating this "week" until vegetation is reached. 20 Nov 2021: Continued growth looks good. 1 of the OS seedling's leaves are almost fully chlorotic. Not sure to just give it time, or uproot and plant fresh seed. Think I will post in questions and get some opinion on the matter.

One of my Orange Sherbet Seedlings leaves have gone completely chlorotic, should I replant a new seed or wait to see if the seedling recovers?

Yeah I hear ya she does look a bit gnarly but I’m rooting for her. My Jane was janky as fuck and I felt like giving up. A friend told me to keep her going. It’s weed 🤣. She ended up being my one good plant out of the 5 seeds I started on my first grow this year. If it’s still living I’m not gonna give up on her. Until it’s a male and then death be upon you!!

22 NOV: Growth is going great for 3 of them. Just waiting on the stunted seedling to catch up. It is still growing just not nearly as much as the others. Here's hoping she continues to recover. (2in) 24 NOV: Still looking at great growth for the 3. Lil Rusty is still alive, just barely pushing out that 2nd and 3rd set. 26 NOV: Amazing growth on the Green Crack, the one healthy Orange Sherbet is just slightly smaller, but still amazing. Lil Rusty is still fighting. (2.5 in) 28 NOV: This being only my second grow, I am just blown away at how fast the plants grow! 3 are, just amazing, super healthy. Lil Rusty is just struggling through it... It's looking real bad when it comes around to flower if the growth doesn't pick up, speaking of which; this is the last update on this week, next post will be on Vegetation week 2. edit: will be updating all stats with week end (tomorrow) numbers with RH and Temp being averaged over the week. Specific watering schedule is 1 L every 4 days, at this point. Ph'd, of course. 29 NOV: Just can't stop saying it; this Green Crack is growing like it's on crack!!! (Tallest Plant Height = 4.5 in) Thanks everyone!

30 NOV: Into week 2 of veg is still looking great for the ones we expect to make it. Rusty is out of running it would seem, over a week behind in vegetation cycle. Will post in questions to get some opinions on it. Started LST on the monster that is the Green Crack. Edit: It may not be clear, but no supplementary nutrients have been added up to this point. Edit: After running some soil sample slurry tests here are some results for those that may be curious. 1tsp soil collected at top soil 1tsp soil collected at 3in below surface Edit: The samples were collected from closest to the stem without damaging the plant. 3 Gal Tap water 100F, Ph'd to 6.3 2 solo cups, clear 2 coffee filters, white. Bluelab PENPH 1L water was mixed with each soil sample for one minute Allowed to sit for 2 mins Stirred once more before filtering. Filtered water tested as follows: Topsoil ph delta was +0.2 Undersoil ph delta was +0.2 02 DEC: Into week 2 of Veg, I increased watering volume today; from 1L to 2L(Ph'd to 6.5). Girls woke with a bone dry pot, which is cool. Today was a planned watering day. However, after adding the 1L to the first plant, I took notice of what a pittance it was. So went ahead and did a large increase, I don't see myself watering them for another 3-4 days at least. I spread the pots out and turned on the second SF-2000, did what little I could of trying to gently coax them fan leaves out of the way. Make sure all them leaves gets some light! As some of you may perceive, I have yet to uproot lil Rusty. I don't plan on giving it any nutes if it doesn't make any recovery on its own. If and when it dies, maybe I'll plant a photoperiod since any auto would be completely out of sync with this harvest. 04 DEC: Continuing to see great growth, even lil Rusty is giving it the 'ole community college try. 06 DEC: Some LST and general plant maintenance. It's just the one plant, gromie, thanks! I agree with it's not worth putting nutes/continuing with its progress on a normal timeline as the rest of the grow, but I don't know why it would be a cal/mag issue that started at seedling, check diary to find more info. This issue has been ongoing.

08 DEC: A little more LST and general maintenance. Watering tomorrow, the 9th. Lil Rusty is making some crazy recovery. I still do not plan on providing supplements to lil Rusty. Getting some good, general pot smell, seems typical of vegetating cannabis to put off a bit of a smell, I find it quite pleasurable. 10 DEC: 2 plants have started to show preflower. Showing some signs they want some nutes. A new week will be provided on next post.

11 DEC: The Green Crack is smelling crazy good! As some may observe, the two Green Crack plants have started to flower. I'd estimate that the Orange Sherbet will go into flower within the next week, as well. First feeding was given to all plants today of 1.5L taken from 2 gallons. I have decided to NOT go out of my way to mix a separate watering for Lil Rusty with no nutes. (9in) 12 DEC: Wanted to post to get back on even days and to get some good pics up of the preflowering plants. Lil Rusty is making a marked recovery, would seem that she may produce at least her main cola, I think I will do some specific trimming to make sure it only grows buds on the main stem to try and prevent it only producing branches with popcorn buds and no decent colas, since it is multiple weeks behind in growth vs maturation. Did some LST tie down adjustments and moved a few fan leaves to make way for buds. 14 DEC: Feeding day. Growth is looking good, no changes. I changed my mind on the previous inclination to remove almost all bud sites on Lil Rusty except main stem buds. I think it will cause to much stress over time and even the main cola could turn out poorly.

18 DEC: Waited awhile to post with almost no changes in the interim. Growth is looking great. The girls are still in pre-flower, I imagine only a couple of days until the Green Crack flips to bud growth. I should note that while the tie-downs for the LST are still there, I have not furthered their LST. 20 DEC: Nothing significant to report. 22 DEC: Great growth, feeding day. All plants looking good. Added Big Bloom, adjusted nutrients to 10mL each of the Grow Big, Tiger Bloom, and the Big Bloom. This feeding was given Ph'd at 6.4, instead of 6.3, over adjusted. New ppm is 1700, previous 1300.

24 DEC: One of the Green Crack ladies is already producing trichomes, suspect the other will follow shortly. 29 DEC: Not much has changed in the last 5 days, today is a water day, I'm sure the girls are excited. Adjusted feeding ratio a couple of days ago, trying to combat a bit of nute deficiency. Other than that, growing great! Edit: Did an actual feeding with the following parameters; 1.7L per pot taken from 8L/2Gal (1300 tds, 6.4 pH) Cal-Mag 4mL/Gal Big Bloom 5mL/Gal Grow Big 5mL/Gal Tiger Bloom 15mL/Gal

Happy New Year! 01 JAN: New Feeding! Just a few differences between our ladies... Orange Sherbet: ~ -15% Total nutrient amount by dilution & NO ESO-BG 8-3-1 Plant height approx: 19" Lamp Distance: 13" PPM/TDS 1500 @ 6.5 pH Green Crack: normal nutes are per table Plant height approx: 15" Lamp Distance: 15" PPM/TDS 2500 @ 6.4 pH 04 JAN: Regular watering, 2L each taken from 2 Gal pH'd to 6.8. I pH'd to 6.8 to provide some counter balance to the acidity building in the soil, which will spike acidic after repeated feedings. Other than some mild deficiencies showing in the lower leaves, the bud sites are looking healthy, 3 of them are fattening up nicely, with 1 being a little stubborn on filling out its buds. 07 JAN: Feeding today. Been doing some adjustments to the feed, but I think I may be just waiting too long between waterings/feedings. Going to increase watering frequency and see if I can slow the plants eating themselves. No changes in height to report. Changed the full feed to 10mLgal each of the Fox Farm (3) nutes, no changes to the other nutes, and all plants received 2L each from 2 gal pH'd to 6.4 The ladies just woke up after their "nap" so they are exceptionally droopy ;)

09 JAN: Soil still slightly moist under the surface, so no watering today, but tomorrow, i do believe, a watering will be in order. I feel like I am having some difficulty getting the nutes just right. Think I may need to pick up some things before the next grow, like a source of potash so I can increase K levels independently of the Fox Farm 3. I wasn't sure in my last grow, but it would seem the Fox Farm 3 isn't providing the ratio of NPK I need for mid-late flowering. Guess I could just be reading the plants wrong, but I'm less confident that this is true. When my last grow experienced similar deficiency signs, i blamed it on my inability to control soil pH and thereby drastically affecting nute uptake, however, now I have great control over the pH of the the overall system and I still see signs of K deficiency. On the subject of mistakes I've made this grow, I think I made a pretty big mistake not putting the Orange Sherbet in 5gal pots instead of the 3gal pot. On another note, some may see one of the Orange Sherbet have yet to start filling out, and I do not know what to do but to let her just do her thing. I do believe both the pot size and the nutes are playing a big factor in this; I did really good LST training early, so she filled out amazingly, but now I think it has spread her too thin for the pot size. IDK, maybe I'm just imagining it. 10 JAN: Watering today. 2L each taken from 2gals pH'd to 6.5 12 JAN: Feeding today. 2L each taken from 2gals pH'd to 6.4

JAN 29: Just took some flower pics to start the week. Overnight OS1 started showing significant signs of more flower development, I believe I will switch it back to food with the other 2 and continue to just give water/flush GC1. At this rate, harvest time for GC 1 may be coming up soon! XD JAN 31: WATER FOR EVERYONE :D Just a watering, pH'd to 6.7, gave almost a gallon per plant. Wanna make sure they all have access to the PK! GC 1 is still on schedule for harvest within this week. FEB 04: Feed for three, placed one of the Green Crack in darkness.

08 FEB: Just watering today. Gave the chop to one of the Green Crack girls on the 7th, after flush and 48-hr dark period. Edit: Just wanted to add a comment that on the Green Crack 2 and Orange Sherbet 2, multiple stems/branches have failed and can no longer support the weight of the bud. Just thought that was an interesting observation. They are just resting on the edges of the pot. 😅 11 FEB: Feeding for all. Green Crack 1 is still on the drying rack. 14 FEB: Water for ALL! :D
