There are two main things to consider when it comes to light intensity for cannabis plants. The first is the stage of growth your plant is in. Seedlings and young plants need less intense light, while flowering plants need much more. The second is the type of light you're using. LEDs and other modern grow lights can usually handle higher intensities than traditional HID lights. To figure out exactly how much light your plant needs, you'll want to measure the light intensity in your grow space. You can get a light meter specifically designed for plants to do this.

Node spacing looks fine. too much stretch = crank it up too little stretch = back off Simple as that. Can measure all you want, but what matters is how the plant grows. Use that as the guide after any suggestion for a starting point. Stunting is just as bad as excessive stretch, if not worse. Motivation to avoid both.

Hi! As Ninjabuds said, your plant looks great 😃 I guess you are asking because the internodes are presumably too close together? Nah, that will work out later in the grow. If you are concerned about the internodes, you could always raise the lamp about 5cm and see if that makes any difference in about a week. What I don't understand is why you are adding Bloom to your feeding already. Shouldn't that be added when your plant is actually going into flowering stage? She can't do much with the added P and K yet.
