As you said you just woke up, your plants probably did too. They tend to drop in the morning and evening. If its mid day they are stressed, by underwatering, wrong temperature or light. Or if you trimmed or transplanted them yesterday its normal too

Either a watering problem or ypu push the light 2 hard yesterday and it's still recovering maybe dial back light 10 to 15% for a day or
