Can you recommend a small red supplemental light between 600-700nm? I have a full-spectrum LED lamp and want to support the flowering with red (comparable to marshydro adlite r30).

Hey bro, you don't need that red supplemental light with your lamp.
They're already really well designed. I would stay away from it and instead get more regular lights :).

Make sure to throw in some IR too 850nm or there abouts, especially for flower as one can extend the photosynthetic range by adding ir, it's also highly beneficial to sugar production within the plant.
Red lights have sadly went bonkers with pricing, since it was shown that red light has health benefits on the skin, buying what used to be a simple 80 dollar red supplemental light now costs anywhere in the 100's, all the middle aged housewives with wrinkles are splashing the cash 4-500 bucks on 50 dollar bargain bin led.
"Waveform lighting" used to do an amazing red supplemental.
