Pollen travels by air? Such bro science. Clearly it experiences quantum teleportation in cahoots with a flux capacitor you can salvage from any 1980's delorian.
You may have just been paranoid. the first picture is a bit blurry in the one spot where a pollen sack might exist (under the left on right side.) As is, it's just a blob that can't be resolved.
Any 'pod' with a hair (2 hairs, technically) sticking out is a calyx and not a pollen sac.
if immature and uncertain, you can always pull it off, slice it open and use a scope to look inside... either it's packed with 2 pistils or it has a set of nanners inside. you don't need any level of expertise to notice the difference.
Based on all those superficial roots, i'd wager your watering habits need amending. The soil is clearly not drying in a proper manner or that wouldn't happen. You water the entire substrate. You use a volume of water required to accomplish that feat and not some volume you choose out of the ether because it sounded good or is a round number. Allow it to dry back - top 1/2-1" deep in soil and less in coco coir, then repeat. Going by loss of weight is the best way to trigger an irrigation. Which again.. always fully saturate, never half-ass it. You dont choose the volume necessary, the constitution of your soil and how long you wait between dictates the volume of water necessary to properly accomplish the task.
