Lol, all 4 pictures are blurry.. but the answer is probably the same regardless..
looks a little screwed up - if it came out of the shell that way, probably genetics or something dripped on the growth tip that wasn't just water. Cotys, single bladed and 3-bladed leaves can often look unusual but then the plant looks normal after that, so don't give up too soon.
As long as new growth is normal, wouldn't worry too much. it'll be a bit slower than the rest, initially, which may or may not be a problem. Seeds can power themselves the first 7-14 days and sounds like you have a pre-charge in the substrate, so it's not for lack of available nutrition.
side note: looks pretty big for seedling pots. If those stay wet for 9-10+ days, might be wise to use a smaller pot the first 10-14 days. The pics in my diary give a good range of expected growth for the first week -- can see the fast growing msnl compared to slightly slower growing S1 garlic storm - most likely slower due to inbreeding. they are nearly twice the size and everything is healthy/happy. There's a wide range of 'good' growth rate and it's mostly dependent on genetics.
