New grow, week 1 or 2. Just transplanted the plant 1 days ago and cut some leaves due to being too dense. Today I woke up to see these marks on the plant. What could it be ?

Leaves brown down the length of half the leafI have some leaves that have gone a bit brown down one half, but along the length. See them in Day 40 pics (I have added a extra comment there). How to recover best? Burn, heat or root rot?I'm growing DWC in a tent and was going great until two days ago when the air tub came out of the pump for half the day so water wasn't moving AND its got to about 96 degrees in the tent. Now all the top flowers are getting crispy and brown and thin.
