overwatering is either a case of frequency or poorly constituted soil (not enough perlite or similar) Too much volume would require a shit ton of water that nobody with an ounce of common sense would do. 1) water entire pot - minimal runoff to ensure full saturation in soil and 10% runoff in any soilless context 2) wait for appropriate dryback - either by weight or how dry the top gets, and repeat. deviating from that is doing it wrong. looks like you have 'enough' aeration so if you are following these rules, probably not related to watering. if oyu aren't, change your habits ASAP as poor watering habits will make any problem worse and cause some of its own. looks like interveinal chlorosis with rust spots, so that points toward Mg-deficiency. Some epsom salt can help or cal-mag product -- whichever impacts the levels of other components of fertilizar formula the least is the best option. Need a good amount of S, so a little more usually doesn't hurt, but calmag impacts N levels which is usually more of an issue.

Too much nitrogen, not enough magnesium and calcium.

The spots are a sign of calmag def, probably. Definetly not connected to the overwatering. If she was droppy for a day, thats a tricky care i cant say thats what happened but hear me out. When a plant takes in a lot of water, after a long dry period she drops because parts cant keep up with the sudden intake of water, doesnt mean she is overwatered necessarily, could also mean she was slightly underwatered before. You can read about that stuff everywhere since its not only a cannabis thing, its an overall plant thing Besides that i dont think you can overwater a pot the way you watered, i ALWAYS water with 10%runoff, as soon as my plants are big enough for it. I sometimes dump 6liters in there and they never overwatered, that can only happen if you water too often and inbetween they cant breath.
