Hey, how's it going? Sounds like the room is in the basement. I would put a Styrofoam board or a wooden board under the black tub in the tent so that the plants aren't directly on the cold tiles. The tiles will definitely be a bit colder at those temperatures.
I try to keep the temperatures around 25°C during the day and not below 18°C at night if possible.
When it comes to watering, I've had good experiences watering every 2-3 days with 10-15% of the pot volume. If you don't have runoff every time, I would rule out overwatering.
What week are the plants in and how much light are they getting at what distance? You can use the app "Photone" to get a somewhat decent ppfd value. For photoperiod plants in the growth phase, the ladies need a maximum of 300-400 ppfd. For the first 10-13 days of 12/12, the ladies should get 500 ppfd, and from day 14 of 12/12, the ladies should get 800+ ppfd.
Sanlight has some reports on their site with various experiments.

You can measure more precisely with PAR meters, but they cost a pretty penny.
The distance to the LED should be around 40cm for Sanlight.
Another possibility is that there might be a bit too little airflow. The fan should be positioned so that the air keeps moving in a way that the leaves of the plant are gently swaying in the breeze.
It could also be that the ladies are slowly needing a bigger pot. I highly recommend fabric pots. Plants form a dense network of roots in fabric pots, are hard to overwater, and there’s better oxygen supply.
