Hard to answer without knowing more about the environment and treatment so far. We don't even know if it's autos or photos :) I'd say N lock-out probably due to pH or cal/mag balance issues + underwatering (top of soil looks bone dry and it should never get that dry) Balance pH and increase the nutes and increase watering volume not (frequency). It's better to water with 25-33% of pot size when in need of water instead of giving small splashes all the time, in your case I'd guess 2-3 times per week. Put saucers under your pot so the can wick up the run-off when you water and get properly saturated with water, this alone will fix 80% of your issues ;)

Give more info, better yet start a diary. Without context you're gonna get a lot of different answers.

The first thing I would check is the PH. If it isn’t right you’re guessing at what is wrong. Whether your growing in dirt or hydro makes a difference, general guidelines are between 5.5 and 6.5

Can’t see a diary here dude so I have no reference for what week you’re in. Still looks like veg or transition which would change any guidance I could give you. All other factors like medium, pot size and method aside - you have textbook signs of both nitro and cal mag deficiency. Neither is particularly problematic or advanced at this point though. I’d recommend you up your veg nutes if still in veg proper as well as your calmag. If you’re in early or mid transition than this can be somewhat normal as the plants nutrition needs escalate. I’d be balancing out my veg and bloom nutes at this point so that I can accommodate the plants nitrogen needs during transition while still steadily increasing the PK dosage to full bloom nutes as I get closer to full flower. PS - this is the correct and only answer you should listen to at this point based on the photos provided
