You run a VERY high DLI for day 20.
it is VERY inefficient, if not harmful.
reduce DLI to the half, reduce N and keep going Ca+MG for one week. It will get better 4 sure.

Fall colors. Temps near 68F at night will do it.
Might be a Ca deficiency or a bit too much light at the top.
You'll know soon.. if it remains spotty (Ca) or if it fills in like an autumn leaf would (night time temps).
if in soilless/hydro, Ca ppm around 100+ avoids deficiency.
