So, to start the soil matters, if your soil has nutrients you won't want to feed for little while. If you are running something like promix hp then I would run water for the first week (being careful not to overwater), the seed will have enough self sustaining nutrients for the week or so of seedling stage. After that I would consider the second week as week 1 of veg and try to feed based on the feed chart, adjusting as necessary. First week of veg feeding 1ml/l of micro 1ml/l of grow 1ml/l of bloom I would feed that mix until I get some runoff then the next time plants look thirsty I would give straight water until I get a small amount of runoff. 2nd week: 2ml/l of each micro, grow, and bloom. Feed to runoff, let soil dryback and hit with water. Adjusting feed or water based on how plants look. 3rd week veg: 3ml/l each Same procedure as last week Week 4 veg 4ml/l each And you guessed it, feed, water, adjust as necessary. Then continue to follow the feed chart ( https://www.advancednutrients.com/feeding/ ) adjusting as necessary. It's hard to tell someone how to feed, as each plant has different wants and need, environment plays a large factor on what they want as well. Things like heat, humidity, light intensity, air flow, pot size, strain, pot type, etc will all change how the water and feed cycle go. Another thing worth mentioning: although I'm not 100% sure how advanced nutrients formula is I find with LEDs at high intensity and the couple of nutrient brands I have run I need to add cal mag to the waterings in between feedings to help prevent deficiencies. Good luck and happy growing.

If soil, it's a matter of letting the soil feed the plants then slowly supplementing it as those amendments are exhausted. this is trial and error and requires familiarity with the products in use - including what soil you bought. So, it's slightly different for most people. You can find diaries using the same products, but maybe not the same soil. You can get an idea of what to do from them and make minor adjustments based on observing your plant. Take notes. When you start next cycle you are that much closer to having a well-oiled plan for fertilizing. if in soilless, it's just a matter of providing a well-balanced diet at all times. While there are some minor adjustments you need to make at various stages of life, for the most part the plant wants the same stuff. You can use a growbudd (or is it hydrobuddy?) app to take information from the labels of each of your product and give you a dose to use to hit target PPMs Vege - N 120-130 P 40-60 K 180-200 Ca 100+ Mg 75ish S 100+ Your tap water may slightly impact these numbers. your local environment will impact these numbers as far as what works long-term without any deficiency/toxicities occurring etc. so, some minor tweak may be necessary, but any issues you see will be small and slowly progressing, therefore easy to react to with small tweaks. As you hit flower, i'd knock N down to 100. If canopy continues to darken after that, drop it further. Might take several weeks before you know you have to drop it further. In the end regardless of what suggestion you get or what "should be" - always observe and react to what the plant is doing. The plant is right. People are often wrong, lol, only because ther are so many variables that differ from one garden to the next. e.g. if light isn't quite max DLI for environment, you may need less than someone else, all other things remaining the same -- but the ratios of nutes that properly feed a plant will not change, just lower or high concentration needed. soil relies more on guessing and what products you use. Soilless/hydro is more defined. there are benefits to each method, but in this context, it's so much easiler to dial in a soilless/hydro setup and much easier to diagnose while you find a formula that works for 99% of all plants then never worry about it again, lol.
